In 2008 Moo G Clips began as a shop for babies and toddlers. It was named after my daughter Celia's nickname. As Celia grew and her style changed, the shop naturally evolved with her. Now, at 19 years old, Celia is no longer Moo G Clips’ ideal customer, and truthfully, Moo G Clips was no longer my ideal shop either. But Moo G Accessories is!
In April 2023, we traveled to Israel for Passover, as our son was there for his gap year. Having not been there for 23 years, it was incredible to return. Connecting with the land and the people, and being in the Jewish homeland, fed my Jewish soul like never before.
Six months later, on October 7, the worldwide Jewish community was rocked to its core. In the midst of all that pain, I had never felt prouder to be Jewish.
I carry generations of Jewish resilience in my heart and soul. My maternal grandparents didn’t fight and survive the Holocaust for nothing. They fought for their future generations and for their families that were almost completely wiped out.
In the months following October 7, my connection to Judaism deepened in a new and powerful way. I began creating Jewish-themed rings (the very popular spinner rings) earrings, necklaces, magnets, and new hair clips (our best selling Star of David hair claw clips).
As my audience has evolved, I felt called to rebrand- with new colors, a new logo, and a look that reflects where we are now, rather than where we started. What started 18 years ago as making hair clips for my baby has evolved into a shop that embraces and celebrates Judaism and Israel. All of your Moogies are created with the utmost care from quality materials, in my studio in Seattle, Washington.
At Moo G Accessories, I help women express their Jewish pride through quality, handmade, stylish, and fun accessories for themselves and their families.
Moo G - where style meets Jewish soul.
Yours Truly,
Anna-Aliza
